The CHICO is fitted with non-servo brakes but is far better on a light car as we enlarge the braking capacity to offer very efficient brakes naturally off the brake pedal by use of all alloy 4 pot performance calipers and matching alloy hubs and large vented disc brakes, both front and rear with a built in Park brake (e' brake).
Braking is extremely efficient yet quite delicate, maintaining perfect feel on your foot, not seen in many modern cars. Elements of the CHICO design are taken from the most successful race cars yielding a strong and very light electric vehicle with fine overall design, fit and finish.

A programmable Regenerative braking system combines with advanced controllers to operate the motor charging and power options. Complete with air-ride suspension, the build of the CHICO ensures optimum control over your ride. This electric car is easily tuned and can offer a host of performance options not found elsewhere.
We also offer a secondary, back-up program for 'crawl home' capability, much like a reserve tank on a conventional car. Again, this is a new facility which puts ones mind at rest, knowing, at the simple turn of a knob you can crawl home on very little battery life if ever the time came. Optional battery packs, from the basic 150ah to the 300+ah, will give the electric car a range of@50 miles and 100+ miles respectively.
With the ability to super-fast charge you can top up your batteries in minutes, depending on the charging facility available. (Most standard charges would be @2+ hours).
